3 MONTH PACKAGE: FAT LOSS
If you’re looking to achieve results quickly for an important day, event or holiday then this weight / fat loss specific package is the right one for you.
It is based on consistency training up to 3 times a week for 12 weeks with the guidance of one of our expert trainers. You will receive a bespoke training programme together with personalised nutrition and supplement plans. Everything will be specific to you and your requirements.
If time is of the essence then all we ask from you is commitment and consistency and in return we will deliver the results you are after.
6 MONTH PACKAGE: THE TRANSFORMATION
This package allows time for not only a body transformation but a complete lifestyle transformation. It offers an in depth focus on both fat loss and the process of building lean muscle.
During the journey you will work closely with our trainers to really develop a personalised training programme making it bespoke to you and your needs. As well as nutrition and supplement plans we will also look at everything from past injuries and health conditions to work schedules and general lifestyle. We want to ensure that your plan is challenging, exciting but most importantly, realistic and achievable so throughout your transformation you will receive constant advice and support from our trainers.
At the end of the 6 months you are guaranteed to see huge physical changes including weight / fat loss, muscle definition and improved posture. You can also expect to notice positive changes in your energy levels, sleeping patterns and much healthier and sustainable nutritional habits, leaving you with long term benefits.
As important as it is for us to help you reach your goal, we also want to ensure longevity and long lasting results. The 6 month package gives us the opportunity to map out a long term plan for you which offers better exit routes once your goal has been achieved.
