MEET ANTONY:

CONSISTENCY - This simply means maintaining a steady level of commitment to your bespoke training program and your specific nutritional plan. In return he offers 100% guidance and support, always there to inspire and advise 24 hours a day. 

RESILIENCE - Do not be afraid to fail. It is an inevitable part of the journey because you are making a REAL CHANGE. This is no longer a FAD. As Michael Jordan once said; "I can accept failure. But I can’t accept not trying." 

It's that simple. 

Antony has absorbed information over the years to perfect his methods and now uses the most efficient and effective ways to achieve real results. 

He has worked with athletes, full time parents, juniors, groups, working professionals and people with long-term medical conditions; and each program will always be 100% bespoke to your individual story. Antony is very open minded and as well as drawing on his own academic knowledge and personal experience, he explores many different techniques that may complement and develop each individual training program. 

Antony doesn’t just invest in your physical transformation but he is committed to seeing a real change in your approach to exercise and nutrition. He is strict, he is honest and most importantly he is committed to getting you the results you deserve. 

 
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 
  • BSc Sport and Exercise Science (Sport and Performance) 

  • Personal Training Level 3 Certificate (REPs)

  • Strength and Conditioning Foundation Diploma

  • Weightlifting Instructor (REPs)
