Amanda is the definition of the term “PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH”. She manages to stay lean all year round as she uses the training and nutrition appoaches we prescribe to to her advantage. Giving her a balanced lifestyle, not allowing it to affect her social life. She's been training herself for over 15 years which has given her tons of experience. Amanda qualified as a personal trainer 3 and a half years ago and has been helping others achieve their goals ever since.
